It was the first time I ordered online using store pickup. I stood at the service counter for (at least) 5 minutes, while 4 employees were chatting to each other. I was the only customer in line. Finally I was asked for my order number. Associate fetched my order, however stopped on her way back to the counter, to chat with the others associate. Obviously associates chit chat is more important than customer service

I use target drive up frequently for toys, food, clothes and household and bath supplies. If the price is good , I order and the order is quickly filled. Picking up is extremely easy and I am often done in 2 minutes. Targets pickup far exceeds any other pickup I have used. Their “I’m coming” system works great and their employees are generally very pleasant. It makes life much easier for me.

The employees are friendly and very helpful. Since they opened, they have been very clean, well stocked, and decent on prices. No the the first choice if you're looking for off-brand or cheaper prices, but still a great place to shop if you have a better income.

It was my first time ordering for pick up at the store and it was a great experience. I called to verify if there was a time period to pick up the item as I had concerns for when I could come get the item (delivery was unavailable). The associate was very helpful. The email came and stated the item was ready for pickup and informed me of how long it could be held as well. When picking up the item I was happy to see both packages were in wonderful condition and not bent or damaged. The associate was friendly and I was finished in less than 3 minutes. Highly recommend and very happy with service and smoothness of ordering online and pickup. Thank you!

My wife and I went to pickup a gift card, but ended up getting a cart full of products. The store was very crowded for the Holiday season. Some inventory was low. Expected 1 week before Christmas. Still the store was clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful. This store has groceries and Housewares. Good location and free off street parking. The check out line was long maybe 80 people in line, it moved quickly. The Check out clerk was very friendly. Must have been a long day for the check out folks.

I waited only minutes In the return line and was taken care of by a happy helpful staff member. Store was very well staffed. Upon checking out there were cashier available without a long wait!

I love Target. However, I was surprised to find that it was not an accessible store. I am temporarily handicapped and on crutches. I did not find electric carts, and if management responds to this and says that they are an accessible store, no one ( store agent) offered one to me. So, pushing a cart and walking with crutches was difficult. No, I did not check online first bc I didn't think of it. Now I know. Thank you.

The online pick was poorly managed. The staff was not organized and theu poorly managed the wait line. As I was waiting a very long time for my online picl up, a customer behind me asked another staff member walking about for an online order pick and was granted her item immediately. When I did the same, they just told me to wait in line. It was a terrible and lengthy wait. how the staff managed the service area was horrible. This is their usual routine. The store and items available are good quality items. Where they lack is the customer service, communication, and organization skills. I hope this was helpful to anyone.
